Pain questionnaire

To decide whether a visit to Spineclinic Iprenburg could be worthwhile, simply complete and send the pain questionnaire, together with the MRI scan report. With the aid of the pain questionnaire and a copy of the MRI scan report, we can nearly always make a quick diagnosis and give an opinion on the treatment that will be likely to help. We will then also be able to assess whether a visit to Spineclinic Iprenburg is indicated.

An opinion on treatment is free of charge. Based on this opinion, if you wish to be seen by orthopaedic surgeon Iprenburg, all you then need to do is call our clinic. You will then undergo a comprehensive neurological and orthopaedic examination, which together with the MRI will be used to determine a definitive diagnosis. Should we decide upon an operation, then this will always be discussed with you at length, and it can be carried out within the short term. Sufficient time is allocated for each consultation. A consultation generally lasts 30 to 40 minutes. You are requested to always bring a CD with the MRI scan.
