Spineclinic Iprenburg is an independent treatment centre, specialized in a unique new surgical procedure for better and faster treatment of spinal hernias. In addition, the clinic also carries out several other spinal operations. The restricted number of procedures enables the clinic to work quickly and efficiently. After 27 years in a general hospital and more than 20,000 patient operations, orthopaedic surgeon Iprenburg has chosen to provide a higher standard of patient care through specialization. Iprenburg is assisted by office manager Ingrid Mulder. A specialized team provides support to Dr. Iprenburg before, during and after operations. This experienced team consists of an anaesthetist, anaesthetic nurses, operation assistants and radiologists from the Heerenveen ZBC Clinic.
In other words, more service in a small team of dedicated people. This professional team treats patients in the comfortable, pleasant atmosphere of an independent treatment centre (ZBC), equipped to the latest standards.
If you are suffering from back or leg pain, we invite you to complete the pain questionnaire. Together with your MRI scan report, this pain questionnaire enables us to prepare a preliminary diagnosis based on your symptoms. We recommend that you e-mail this pain questionnaire to us at info@rugkliniek.nl . If this is not possible, then of course you can send it to us by post. Following receipt of the pain questionnaire and MRI scan report at the clinic, you will generally receive a response within two days. If possible, we will provide you with a preliminary diagnosis and if necessary recommend that you make an appointment at our clinic. Should an operation be indicated, then within a week you can undergo surgery as an outpatient, and be home the same day.
